It all began in a Toronto condo kitchen. The taste, the smell, the texture — Desh was hooked from the very first bake. Two weeks later, a simple idea from a roommate changed everything: why not share this with the building?

What started as a small community gathering has grown into the Toronto Sourdough Workshop — a four-part, online and interactive course where beginner bakers express themselves through the magic of sourdough. Every session is live, every question answered, every loaf earned.
